What is the minimum rental period possible?

7 nights - starting any day of the week

What is the maximum period?

No limitation - you can stay for the rest of your life!

Are the tariffs fully inclusive?

Yes. There are absolutely no extra costs - other than for the telephone which is metered at the regular France Telecom rates.

What services are provided?

There is a weekly cleaning service included at no additional cost which includes change of linens and towels.

How do I obtain the keys etc?

You will be met at your apartment on arrival. Keys will be provided and full instructions concerning everything in the apartment will be given.

What happens if I need assistance during my stay.

Just telephone the RothRay office and advice or technical assistance will be provided immediately or as soon as possible.

What equipment is provided in the apartments?

There is TV (French Channels and foreign stations on satellite or cable. In English there is usually CNN, BBC World and/or Sky News). Kitchens are fully equipped - if anything special is required we will provide it. There is a washing machine and in most cases, a drying machine as well. A DVD player or Video player can be provided on request.

Can I pay the apartment rental by Credit Card or Cheque?

We do not have a credit card facility - but we accept your personal cheque in any hard currency. The Euro amount concerned will be converted into your currency at the rate of exchange valid on the day of payment. Alternatively, we accept travellers cheques or cash.

What deposits are necessary?

We request an advance deposit of 25% of the total amount to secure the reservation. The balance is due only on the day of departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will reimburse your reservation deposit in full in case of cancellation - subject to a minimum of 4 weeks notice in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, the deposit is subject to forfeit unless a replacement reservation can be found.

Is there any agency commission to pay?

No, absolutely nothing. RothRay own, or manage exclusively, their apartments and no agency commission is applicable.
