YOUR APARTMENT
Studio, 300 sq. feet, 1st Floor, living room, kitchen and separate bathroom.

Four tall windows overlook the typically Paris apartments opposite and the picturesque pedestrian street below. This is a very convenient central Paris location.

The ingenious high-tech decoration in the apartment is modern but comfortable and maximizes the space to an astonishing degree. White is the dominant colour so it's a bright and cheerful place to stay. A new double lit escamotable (Murphy bed) folds effortlessly away leaving plenty of living space during the day. In the gleaming bathroom there is a shower stall and up-to-the-minute fittings and fixtures.

INCLUDED EXTRAS:Flat screen TV, hi-fi audio system, a micro wave and a conventional oven, convection ceramic hot plates, washing machine, high speed internet access (wi-fi and Ethernet) and free international telephone calls.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD: The street is one of many pedestrianised streets in the area, so there is little traffic. At the end of the cobbled street, the Tour St. Jacques (originally part of an abbey dating back to the 12th century) stands as a tall landmark on the rue de Rivoli to guide you to this apartment. Surrounding this Tower is a beautifully landscaped garden, a haven of peace and beauty in the midst of the hustle and bustle of everyday Paris. All around are many cafés, restaurants and bars - a stunning kaleidoscope of life. Boulangeries, small specialty shops and convenient supermarkets are but a couple of minutes away. And very close by are Les Halles, the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame cathedral, the Louvre and the River Seine over which several bridges lead to the Left Bank opposite.
